Student workshop as a part of the CASCADE project

At the Institute of Oceanography and Fisheries in the Laboratory for Plankton and Shellfish Toxicity, on April 26., 2022., students from the University of Split participated in laboratory activities within the framework of the Interreg Cascade project. They have become acquainted with the method of preparing shellfish for the determination of lipophilic toxins that can cause indigestion after consumption. After preparing the shellfish, they monitored the determination of lipophilic toxins on a mass spectrometer with a liquid chromatogram.
