CRADLES National Open Day in Croatia

17.04.2026.

On 16 April 2026, the CRADLES National Open Day was held at Hyatt Regency Zadar, organised by our Institut together with Zadar County, bringing together stakeholders and experts to discuss the CRADLES project and the development of resilient areas that support lifecycles and ecosystem services. The event focused on marine resources, biodiversity, the Pantan reserve, and the Zrmanja estuary, while also highlighting the role of shellfish aquaculture, hydromorphological changes and available environmental data.

The gathering provided a valuable opportunity for the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and perspectives on possible future measures and activities aimed at strengthening ecosystem services and supporting resilient marine and coastal habitats.
