PROFESSIONAL INTEREST
My professional interest is focused on the sampling and monitoring of biological and physico-chemical parameters in shellfish farming areas, to ensure seafood safety for public consumption. In addition to collecting samples of seawater and bivalves at test points, I perform preparation and chemical analysis of samples (ultra-performance liquid chromatography – UPLC) and entering and organizing data in the databases.
